1. How Can I Place an Order ?

Please send us your purchase list by email or fax. Or you also can ask us to send you a proforma invoice with bank details for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepare)
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong)

2. Payment Term ?

Cash; Wire Transfer in advance ; Transfer by Western Union ;Transfer by MoneyGram; we can't accept payment by credit card and PayPal now ! In order to short the delivery time, please fax or email us a wire transfer copy once you settle the payment, we'll arrange production once get that copy and delivery ASAP aftet your payment arrival.

If you want faster delivery for the samples order, you can send via Western Union or MoneyGram or TT, we can delivery within 24 hours, if we have sample in stock !

3. About Sample and Cost ?

Usually we supply some free samples ( total value under 10 USD) if you have a Fedex, DHL, TNT freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

?If total sample value over 10 USD, please pay for the samples and courier freight to your address. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.(we never use normal air mail for sample)

4. About Min Order Quantity ?

The MOQ for each products is different. We can accept the sample order, but some items need to check if we have stock ! if you meet with our MOQ, you can get some discount !

5. How Can the Products Be Sent To us ?

According small quantity or weight less than 45 kg , sent usually by TNT, DHL, EMS , Fedex or UPS. According orders over 45kg , goods can be sent by air to the airport near you.
According big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

6. What's the Warranty of Your Products ?

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.
